A mail model, not a chat model
Unified.to maps Gmail and Outlook onto its Messaging objects: channels, messages and events. Workwae models mailboxes, threads, drafts, attachments, labels and full-text search. T2, T3
Unified.to is one API across CRM, HRIS, ATS, messaging and dozens more categories. Workwae does one thing: mail, calendars and contacts for Gmail, Microsoft 365 and IMAP.
Unified.to is ahead on breadth and compliance, listed in the table below. These are the gaps teams switch for when email is the integration that matters.

Workwae syncs each mailbox and emits ordered, resumable changes, as signed webhooks or a change feed. Unified.to is a real-time passthrough that stores no customer data at rest. T5
Unified.to facts come from its own pages, read October 30, 2026; superscripts link to the sources below. “Not documented” means we found nothing on those pages, not that Unified.to lacks it.

If the same product also reads CRMs, HR systems or ticketing tools, one API for all of them beats a mail-only API plus others. Workwae does not cover those categories.
A passthrough design keeps customer mail out of the vendor’s database. Workwae syncs and indexes mailboxes, which is what makes its search and ordered change feed possible.
Unified.to offers European and Australian regions on its higher plans. Workwae hosts in the United States only.
Unified.to has a SOC 2 Type II report and a trust center. Workwae has no SOC 2 report yet.
No. It has no CRM, HR, ticketing or chat-app connectors. Keep Unified.to for those and use Workwae where mail depth matters, or the reverse.
Unified.to bills by API calls per month. Workwae has a Free plan, and paid plans you buy yourself in the console, through Stripe: a base fee plus metered usage (connected accounts, sends, AI and storage), with the prices shown before you subscribe. See Pricing for what each plan meters.
